Thermo Desorption Sampler (TDS)

The TDS contains 16 stainless steel tubes to adsorb Oxidized Volatile Organic Compounds (OVOC's) during flight phase for post-flight laboratory analysis. The stainless steel tubes are fitted with a suitable adsorbent and are operated at -20 °C for quantitative adsorption of OVOC's.
The instrument is supervised by Max-Planck-Institute for Chemistry, Mainz, Germany.
